Our priority is to answer questions from all residents of British Columbia and the Yukon and from Canadian health professionals and researchers.

• Do not send your personal health information by e-mail.  The Internet is not a secure communications channel and any personal information you include about yourself may be intercepted and viewed during transfer. To reduce your privacy risk, do not include sensitive personal medical information.
• The BCCA cannot diagnose or advise on medical conditions via e-mail.  Please read our treatment policies and Cancer Management Guidelines for general information or contact your physician or other health care professional for specific advice.
• In a medical emergency, call your physician or other health care professional, 911 or local emergency department immediately.
