05 Paranasal Sinus Lymphoma

Lymphoma involving the ethmoid, frontal, sphenoid or maxillary sinuses is usually one of the aggressive histologic subtypes. Treatment should be given as appropriate for the histology and stage of the tumour and age of the patient. In addition, all patients should receive prophylactic intrathecal chemotherapy as described in section 3.4.4.3 after completion of all other planned treatment.
