1) Vertebral Body and Epidural Metastases

As clinically indicated.

- reassess systemic disease
– MRI of suspected region and limited MRI of the rest of the spine

2) Intradural Extramedullary

As clinically indicated.

Recurrence
MRI with Gd-DTPA.

3) Intramedullary

MRI every year or as clinically indicated.

Recurrence
MRI as above.
