POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Some of the current policies of the BC Cancer Agency Systemic Therapy Program are listed on the website as an information service only. These policies are in effect throughout the BC Cancer Agency at all five cancer centres. They have not been designed for use in any other health care institution. While the BC Cancer Agency has a provincial mandate with respect to the development of high standards of patient care, it has no jurisdiction over the delivery of patient care in any other health care institution. The use of these policies by any other health care institution to direct patient care is the sole responsibility of that institution.
