READ FIRST: BSA Calculator End User License Agreement

For each calculation enter values into the white textboxes. Once the values are entered, click on the CALCULATE button. To clear the numbers click on any of the RESET buttons. If preferred, use the TAB key to move from position to position. Press ENTER when the item is highlighted. Use SHIFT-TAB to move back. When finished, close the window by clicking the X in the upper right hand corner of the window or by clicking the link located on the bottom right corner of the window.
