The purpose of the Pharmacy Guide to Chemotherapy: Clinical Assessment and Review (Clinical Pharmacy Guide) is to provide recommendations to the community hospital pharmacists of British Columbia for the clinical assessment and review of chemotherapy orders received within their institution. It is hoped that pharmacists will use this guide to gain a better understanding of the BC Cancer Agency’s chemotherapy protocols for cancer treatment, thereby enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical care provided to their patients.
