All pathfinders are in pdf format.
The BC Cancer Agency's Library and Cancer Information Centres provide materials and services to people in British Columbia and the Yukon primarily from its main library in Vancouver.
Named in honour of the generous donation given by the Rix family, Don, his wife Eleanor and daughter Laurie, the Rix Family Discovery Centre is located on the ground floor of the BC Cancer Agency's Research Centre.
Library staff will help patients, members of the public, and health-care professionals to find information, using a wide variety of resources including electronic information sources and Internet searches.
The BCCA also offers Cancer Information Services in the regional cancer centres in Abbotsford, Kelowna, Prince George, Surrey, and Victoria.
A toll-free number (1-888-675-8001 ext 8001) is available for people in BC and the Yukon who are not able to come to one of the cancer centres in person. Queries may also be sent through the Contact Us form that is at the top of any BCCA webpage.
Links to Recommended Websites on cancer and health are compiled and evaluated by BC Cancer Agency Librarians and BC Cancer Agency experts.
