Book Your Appointment

Please call 604-877-6187 in the Lower Mainland or 1-800-663-9203 (toll free). When booking your appointment, you will be asked for:
- Date of Birth,
- Your BC Care Card Number,
- Mailing address, and
- Name of your doctor or medical clinic where results can be sent.
If you are physically challenged or have special needs, please let us know when you book your appointment so that appropriate staffing and/or length of appointment can be arranged

Need a Family Doctor?
If you need a family doctor, please go to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC directory website: www.cpsbc.ca and click on the "Find a Doctor" link. Also, some walk-in clinics have agreed to receive the results of a screening mammogram for the specific purpose of providing follow-up referrals, if needed. Please call SMP at 1-800-663-9203 to find out if there is a clinic near you.
On the day of your appointment: Wear a two-piece outfit (you only have to undress from the waist up) and do not wear perfume, deodorant or talcum powder.
