This is a toll-free service to cancer patients, their families and the general public. Trained information specialists can provide information on:

- Cancer treatment and side effects
- Coping with cancer

It is available Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm. Translation services are available.

The BCCA dietitian can meet with you before or after one of your already scheduled appointment at the clinic or if you prefer, she can call you at home at a time that is convenient for you.
If you are receiving chemotherapy at a clinic in your community hospital, you can request to speak with the dietitian working at the hospital to answer your questions.

This is a free nutrition information service where dietitians can help answer your food and nutrition questions related to cancer on:
- Healthy eating for cancer prevention
- Nutrition in preparation for cancer treatment (such as chemotherapy and radiation treatment
- Healthy eating for the prevention of cancer recurrence
- Healthy eating for prevention and management of other conditions such as osteoporosis and diabetes in cancer survivors.
It is available 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Translation services are provided.
