As palliative care is mostly care that happens in your community, we at the BCCA do what we can to help link you up with care providers in your home area. The BC Hospice Palliative Care Association has a Directory of Services, which lists all the hospice or palliative care providers in the province who are members of this organization (most are members).

The Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association is the national group of hospice palliative care providers, so if you live outside of the province, you can access a care program in your own area through their directory.
