Please let the check-in clerk know of any changes in your address, phone number or family physician.  Or you can call Transcription Services at (604) 877-6000 local 2349 to notify us.

Your health and comfort are very important to us. We have a well-trained staff available to meet your needs and to help you with any problems, questions, or concerns that you might have about your illness and care.

At every visit, you will be asked to provide two (2) pieces of identification (e.g. appointment cards, Care cards, driver's license, gov't. ID, etc).  This policy is in place to ensure patient safety.
