The cafeteria is located on Level 1 and is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday. There are also snack/drink vending machines and change machines located outside the cafeteria.

There are dozens of places to eat near the cancer centre. As well, there is a London Drugs on Broadway (one block away) and a Safeway in a mall across Ash St, called City Square.
