The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program offers practical instruction and experiential learning of mindfulness practices. Participants learn to be present and gain inner peace while living with uncertainties. It is a 8-week program and requires a commitment to home practice.
Cantonese program runs every Monday at 9:30 am to noon, from April 20, 2020 to June 8, 2020.
Mandarin program runs every Monday at 9:30 a.m. to noon, from September 21, 2020 to November 16, 2020.
Open to people with cancer and their support person.
