Laughter for the Health of It (Laughter Yoga)

​Laughter yoga uses gentle stretching, therapeutic laughter, deep breathing, laughter meditation, and guided visualization to promote an overall sense of well-being.

Sessions are held Fridays (except statutory holidays) from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
