Reimagining Life Beyond Cancer

  • Discuss common reactions throughout your cancer experience and adjustment to “new normal”
  • Dialogue on common fears
  • Q&A with guest presenter with lived experience
  • Resources and tools for ongoing personal growth and self-care
Brain Strength and Sleep Strategies

  • Understand common cognitive, fatigue, and sleep related issues associated with a cancer diagnosis
  • Explore current brain health and sleep research
  • Learn resources and strategies you can use to support yourself
  • Gain self-empowerment by implementing these strategies
Eating Well

With guest presenter Kristy Hodgins (Registered Dietitian, BC Cancer)
  • Nutrition and its impact on cancer
  • Healthy eating ideas
  • Debunking nutrition and cancer myths

Open to all BC Cancer patients and their support person(s). Sessions can be attended individually or as a series. Space is limited. Please call 250-712-3963 to register.
