Mindfulness (Kelowna)

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program offers practical instruction and experiential learning of mindfulness practices that can help reduce stress and improve mood. Learn how to engage the mind-body connection. 

This program runs for 8 weeks, every Thursday at 1:15 pm to 3:30 pm, from January 23, 2020 to March 12, 2020.

Open to people with cancer and their support person(s).
