BC Cancer offers a variety of evidence-based mindfulness programs. Our programs our designed to help people manage stress, anxiety, depression and learn how to improve their well being and quality of life. Our mindfulness programs are 8 weeks and require a commitment to a home practice during the program.
Pre-registration is required. Programs offered 2-3 times per year.
