Canada Post service disruption

Due to the potential disruption of Canada Post mail service, please note the following changes for information normally delivered by mail by the BC Cancer Agency. This page will continue to be updated as more information becomes available.

Information for Clients/Patients and Families:
  •  Any Information, appointments, test results or medications usually sent by mail from our regional Centres or other departments are not being mailed.
  •  Patients are being contacted by telephone or asked to pick up items at the regional Centres at this time. If you have any concerns please follow up with your care provider at your appointment or telephone the appropriate department.
Health care providers who receive lab and medical reports from Excelleris via Canada Post delivery:
  • Please contact Excelleris to set up secure online access via Launchpad or to receive the reports by fax. Email support@excelleris.com or call 1-866-728-4777, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
BC Cancer Agency staff:
  • ​Please refer to POD for relevant information or contact your department manager.
