The 12-minute video focuses on the effects of stress, learning about coping skills and hearing what works for patients. It can be used to bring awareness to stress reduction and as a brief intro for support groups. The video is dedicated to cancer patients and their families who are learning to "find their breath" after a cancer diagnosis.

Two BC Cancer counsellors from Abbotsford and Vancouver showcase their knowledge and experience in the video which can be found on the Managing Stress Toolbox in the "Coping with Cancer" area on BC Cancer's website.

Production of the video was made possible with funding from a generous donor to the BC Cancer Foundation.
