Vendor Sale of Goods

We appreciate the vendors who offer goods for sale to our staff and visitors, with part of the proceeds coming back into our centre.

Vendors desiring to sell goods within the centre must apply on-line by completing the documentation and submitting to Volunteer Services.
All vendor activities in the main floor lobby area of BC Cancer, Sindi Ahluwalia Hawkins Centre for the Southern Interior (BC Cancer, SAHCSI) will be obligated to submit a minimum of 15% of proceeds to the BC Cancer, SAHCSI Volunteer Services in support of patient care activities provided by volunteers. A tax receipt cannot be issued for receipt of proceeds.

Restricted Vendor products include: unsealed scented products, live floral arrangements, unsealed food and products claiming medical benefits.

Process for application:

Read the Vendor Sales of Goods Terms & Conditions. These apply to all vendor activities in our centre.

2Application Form

Complete and sign the Vendor Sales of Goods Application Form.  You can save data typed into this form.  Please print to sign.

3Confidentiality Agreement

Read and sign the Confidentiality Agreement.  Please print to sign.

4Send Completed Forms

Scan and email to the following:

  • Completed and signed Vendor Sale of Goods Application Form
  • Signed Confidentiality Agreement

Acceptance of the Vendor and the dates will be confirmed within 10 days of the receipt of the complete package of documentation.
