Keeping a healthy weight 

People come in all shapes and sizes, and a healthy weight looks different for each individual. Genetics, age, gender and hormones all influence body weight. So too can other factors like foods you regularly eat, level of physical activity, stress, sleep and access to supportive environments where you live, learn, work and play.
