The evidence is clear. Smoking cigarettes, using smokeless tobacco products and second-hand smoke have harmful effects on your health and the health of those around you. The harms go beyond the lungs. Smoking cigarettes use has been linked to heart disease, stroke, cancer, respiratory problems and other serious conditions, even in people who don’t smoke.

Quitting smoking is the best thing you can do for your health. 

Be commercial tobacco free 

It’s always a good time to quit and never too late to start quitting.  As soon as you quit, your body will begin to repair itself.
