Getting regular mammograms is the best way to stay on top of your breast health.
It’s also important to be breast aware. If you notice any new changes in your breast such as a lump or nipple discharge, see your health care provider immediately. They will help you determine if further testing is required.
If your health care provider decides that you need further testing, you will be booked for an appointment at a diagnostic imaging centre. This process is different than regular breast screening, which is for those who have no breast concerns or symptoms.
