Vendor Information

Vendors wanting to sell goods at the centre must apply on-line by completing the required forms and submitting them to Volunteer Services.
All vendors that come to  BC Cancer – Kelowna will be required to provide a minimum of 15% of proceeds to Volunteer Services, in support of patient care activities provided by volunteers. A tax receipt cannot be issued for receipt of proceeds. Payment accepted by cash only.

Restricted vendor products include:​​
  • ​Unsealed scented products
  • Live floral or plant arrangements
  • Unsealed food
  • Products claiming medical benefits

To begin the application process:

  1. Read the Vendor Sales of Goods Terms & Conditions. These apply to all vendor activities in our centre.
  2. Read, complete and sign the Vendor Sales of Goods Application Form. 
  3. Read and sign the Confidentiality Agreement.
  4. Scan and email the two signed documents (above) to VolunteerKelowna@bccancer.bc.ca
