Some of your health records may already be available online through a number of virtual platforms.
Health Gateway is British Columbia's provincial patient portal. It provides access to:
- Lab results
- Imaging reports
- Medications
- Immunization history
- Health visits
- Hospital visits
- Special Authority requests
- COVID-19 proof of vaccination
- Organ donor registry information
- BC Cancer screening letters
To access your health records, visit the
Health Gateway online portal.
AccessMyHealth is an online service that shows some of your electronic health records from most of our locations (Kelowna is not yet available). Available to BC residents aged 12 years and older with a BC Services Card account, you can view:
- Upcoming and previous appointments
- Lab, medical imaging and other diagnostic results
- Allergies
- Procedure history
- Messages from care teams
- Select clinical documents (including discharge summaries, clinic notes, and patient handouts)
AccessMyHealth also
supports proxy access, which allows authorized family members or caregivers to view a patient's health records. To set up proxy access, you'll need to complete an authorization process. To access your records and learn more, visit the
