MRI with contrast of the primary site

• Every 4 months x 2 years
• Every 6 months years 3,4,5
• Every year thereafter
• For bulky spinal metastases MRI + Gd-DTPA every 6 months years 1-5, then yearly thereafter
  

Recurrence

• MRI with contrast of brain
• Complete MRI spine + CSF (when MRI not available use CT myelography)​
