The Family Practice Oncology Network has developed guidelines to provide recommendations for the prevention, screening (including indications for Hereditary Cancer Program referral), diagnosis, treatment and follow-up in adults ≥ 19 years. The audience for these guidelines is community primary health care providers providing first contact or primary health care.
