The Internet is not a secure communications channel and any personal information you include about yourself may be intercepted and viewed during transfer. To reduce the risk to your privacy, do not include sensitive personal medical information.

In a medical emergency, call your physician or other health-care professional, or 911 or your local emergency department immediately.
- If you have a complaint or compliment, please speak with the person who provided the service or with the manager of the area. If you don’t know who to contact, please ask us, using the form below. If your complaint remains unresolved after discussing the issue with the service area, please contact the Patient Care Quality Office (PCQO).
The BC Cancer Agency is a public body subject to the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. As such, we must tell you how we intend to use your personal information.
